Teacher & School Capacity Building

Education and AI_RIA_02

Service Overview

In marginalized regions across Africa, teachers often lack exposure to digital tools, modern teaching methodologies, and inclusive education practices. Many schools operate in environments with limited or no internet, outdated textbooks, and a shortage of teaching aids. This service addresses that gap by providing intensive training programs, mentorship, and resource materials that enable teachers to effectively integrate digital learning and inclusive teaching practices into their classrooms.

By investing in teachers, Edulet Africa ensures that technology is not just “donated hardware” but becomes a living tool for improved learning. This service is designed for:

  • Teachers in rural schools with little or no access to professional development.

  • Special-needs educators working with learners who are visually impaired, hearing impaired, or neurodiverse.

  • School leaders and administrators who need digital skills for management and monitoring.

Benefits Our Services

Teacher training creates sustainable change because teachers remain in communities long after projects end.
