Expanding Access to Educational Content Through eduLET Library

The Challenge

Many learners with disabilities cannot access textbooks because learning materials are rarely available in accessible formats such as Braille, audio, or sign language.

Schools in underserved communities also face shortages of educational resources.

Our Solution

eduLET Africa launched the eduLET Library, an accessible digital library containing educational resources in multiple formats.

The library includes:

  • Digital textbooks
  • Audiobooks
  • Braille-ready files
  • Sign language learning videos
  • Teacher guides
  • Curriculum resources
  • Revision materials
  • Interactive learning content

The library integrates seamlessly with eduLET Hub, allowing schools to access resources even without internet connectivity.

Results

Schools gained access to thousands of inclusive educational resources from a single platform.

Teachers spent less time searching for teaching materials.

Learners with disabilities could access content in formats that matched their learning needs.

Parents also benefited from accessible educational materials that supported learning at home.

Impact

eduLET Library is helping ensure that quality educational resources are accessible to every learner, regardless of disability or location.
